The property is surrounded by garden. From the front porch enter a well furnished TV/sitting-room, with inglenook WOODBURNER (Sept-May), leads to dining room and kitchen (electric cooker, fridge and microwave) with door to back porch and utility area (washing machine, dryer, small freezer and toilet). Up steep stairs to two bedrooms - a) twin-bedded with sink b) double-bedded with two bunks. Heated loo/shower bathroom. Duvets, bedlinen and towels included. FREE STORAGE HEATERS throughout. Electricity included in the price. Cot available. Logs at £2.50 a basket. One dog £12 p.w. The Cottage is now NON SMOKING.
